Sica India is a joint venture machinery manufacturing company in the plastic industry. On the production side, we have a lot of data to collate, most importantly machinery costs, inventory management, and production scheduling. On the marketing side, we had to collate sales leads from data collected during exhibitions and other events and create follow-up tasks and schedules.
